Our purpose is to promote the playing of Cribbage. If you want to learn how to play, improve your game, find someone to play, or have questions - This Is The Place!
Our group, The Macungie Area Cribbage Klub (MACK) holds a Cribbage Jamboree - a group of people having fun playing Cribbage - every Thursday. We play 2,3,4,5 and 6 player games, depending on how many people show up. On the first Thursday of a month, we hold a tournament, playing the traditional two player game, following American Cribbage Congress Rules. Everyone who plays in our tournament goes home a winner, sharing in the prizes donated by the players. Kind of like a swap meet with Cribbage thrown in the mix for greater fun.
We invite you to join in our Thursday Cribbage Jamboree. If you don't know how to play we will teach you. If you already play, then come and play with us, and see for yourself how much fun a Cribbage Jamboree can be.
We are located in Macungie, PA. 18062. About 8 miles from Allentown, and approximately 2 hours from Philadelphia, Lancaster, Harrisburg, and Wilkes-Barre.
If you can't visit us, we'll come to you. Hold a Cribbage Jamboree in your home, church, place of work - any place that works for you - and we will have you playing in about two hours.
Of course, there are limits as to how far you may wish to travel to join us, as well as how far we can travel to visit you. But, please bear in mind that whether you join us, or we visit you, the outcome, if you so choose, could be to start your own Cribbage Jamboree in your own neighborhood with no need for further travel.
Participating in or starting your own Cribbage Jamboree can be the gateway to enhancing your celebration of life through the enjoyment that comes from playing with family, friends, and others, on a recurring basis in the warm and friendly atmosphere that prevails whenever Cribbage Players get together.
